AGAINST 'MALLCORE'

For us, the majority of jewellery that is available at the moment can be summarised as 'Mallcore', that is, the mass produced, tacky and noisy rings you would find sitting in rows at a mall kiosk, flea market or in the depths of Amazon, Ebay or Aliexpress. 

ORNMNTS Archive was born from a frustration with mallcore jewellery. It always felt like a gamble, spending hard-earned money on a piece only to find it would tarnish instantly or, worse, turn your finger green. On the other end of the spectrum were pieces that felt overly minimal and uninspired, or heavily gothic designs that didn’t feel genuine to me.

FOR THE LOVE OF SILVER

Every ORNMNTS Archive piece is crafted from solid 925 sterling silver. Made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy for strength, sterling silver is a high-quality precious metal designed to last. Unlike cheap plated jewellery, it won’t flake or wear away, and with proper care it develops a natural patina over time rather than degrading, meaning it becomes more personal the longer you wear it.
